Especially for authors of collaborations one needs to see the updated field next to the old one to be able to decide.

Expected Behavior

The unmatched fields of existing record and update should be ordered and displayed next to each other.

Current Behavior

The unmatched fields are appended at the very end.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Most update conflicts are from big collaborations like 1172909, 1172841, 1172733, 1172597

Similar problem if one author was not matched: short name, UTF-8 (Umlaut)
I would like to know what is the existing information. Chances are someone checked that before.
Need an easy way to say: keep the old information for authors.

Examples: 1154970, 1154732

Different author lists on preprint and published version.
arXiv should not (attempt) to overwrite published information.
Need an easy way to say: keep the old information for authors.

bad author name in INSPIRE
Update of name is good but need to keep affiliation.
I copied the affiliation into the new author + reject.
Is there a better way to do this?

Example: 1154840

Legacy behavior

If one author is replaced (Glover, Nigel -> Author, A.New) it's an in-line replacement.
I.e. The authors stay aligned. The curator can choose to replace, add or ignore the new author.

If the number of authors is different, the alignment doesn't work.
I guess it aligns by position, not by name.
