Duplicate use of data type name. Consider using classified types.

Hey,

I have a similar problem than #158
When I'm trying to generate two soap actions with similar args, I get the error that the type has a duplicate name....

But this is a requirement of our partner. How can I manage this? I don't see the problem in having to actions with the same arguments....
