problem with running on cpu version

Sir, this code is not running on cpu version of pytorch.and asking for cuda

i changed
pin_memory=false and then the code no more asks for cuda...but then inconsistent data types error comes

Getting Error IndexError: invalid index of a 0-dim tensor. Use tensor.item() to convert a 0-dim tensor to a Python number.
When running in Google colab which is having pytorch version of 1.0.1
