We need to support additional parameters to configure JVB on a server with multiple IP addresses or network adaptors

See https://github.com/jitsi/ice4j/blob/master/doc/configuration.md for more details. Specifically, we need to add the following properties to ofmeet settings

org.ice4j.ice.harvest.ALLOWED_INTERFACES
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.BLOCKED_INTERFACES
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.ALLOWED_ADDRESSES
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.BLOCKED_ADDRESSES
