Delete previous deployments when feed source is deployed again

Remove previous deployment entries of a feed source when that feed source is deployed again.

Observed behavior

When a feed source deployment does not complete, on subsequent successful deployments, the Preview button in the feed version navigator is not displayed. This is because outdated deployments remain in the deployment lists for a given feed source.

Expected behavior

The outdated deployments for the given feed should be removed after a successful deployment (so that the Preview button appears in the feed version navigator).
