Add a definitions route

Please add a definitions route to the API so that users can see what rq parameters they could potentially give, and what they mean.

e.g.,

• Institution Names, Codes, and Ids
• Collection Names, Codes, and Ids
• Possible country codes

For an example of what I am requesting:
https://macrostrat.org/api/defs

Please explain the difference between the various ids in the documentation, and have this returnable through the requested API definition route. Are the id numbers in question native to idigbio, the museum, the collection, or from elsewhere?
