Choosing "special" windows directory does not properly populate Upload Path #13

Click on Choose Directory, select "My Pictures" and click "Select Folder".

Expected behavior:

The Upload Path should say "C:\Users\dstoner\My Pictures".

Actual behavior:

The Upload Path says "C:\Users\dstoner\Pictures"
