Changes:

• Naming format of github releases adjusted. It's Allium Peripherals. We see that. It's obvious.
• Entangled Modem recipe balanced. Leave criticism in #13!
  Fixes:
• #14 - Entangled Modem crafting recipe actually works now.
• #15 - Bad capture in Chat Modem no longer causes a server crash/client kick/whatever was going on.

• Refactors the entire mod (again.) Code is much cleaner.
• Adds Entangled Modem.
  • When bound to a player access is granted to:
    • inventory/ender chest to push and pull from, like a chest.
    • attributes of the player, including position, pitch and yaw, etc.

• no crafting recipe for Entangled Modem
• missing texture for creative Entangled Modem
