The left-hand navigation bar used for apps does not render to the bottom of the scroll-able area, resulting in a cutoff sidebar. The issue is first observed in a9d1f37, but was likely present before.

System Info

Windows 10 Home 21H2
Firefox 99.0.1 (64-bit)

This is a cosmetic issue, so priority is low.
