Allow for the delimiter char to apply to different columns

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the delimiter char applies to FORM only. I think it would be fine to have it in POS or Morph (even though the last one is weird)

On top of the delimiter token, the delimiter_token should have a delimiter_token_column value.

This feature applies on top of the one in #203 and #221
