Quotes and XML special characters create issues in XML #227

Describe the bug
When exporting to XML, if character is a quote, it breaks the XML :

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a corpus with < as form and " as lemma
Export to XML TEI
See error

Expected behavior
XML should be valid.

Fix:

In attribute, create a filter to escape special character such as : http://lira.no-ip.org:8080/doc/python-lxml/html/api/xml.etree.ElementTree-pysrc.html#_escape_attrib
In words, create a filter to escape special characters, mostly > and <
