A very useful feature that a lot of System 7 power users found was a keyboard shortcut (I think Shift+Enter) to open a folder in the current window instead of a new one. I'm a big fan of spatial mode, it feels a lot more spacious, but sometimes if I have a deeply nested folder to reach, I don't want my screen filling up with windows.
Would it be possible to use Shift+Enter to open a folder in the current window and Shift+Backspace to go back a folder?
