Possible to get a release with the 0.12.5-rc binaries?

Maybe someone could write the COMPILE file so anyone after will be able to contribute to this project? I would like to know the receipe @h4cc please to be able to build the 0.12.5 version correctly on my own, for my knowledge also. Thanks!
