[Feature] Add Notification Settings

I noticed a while back that runelite had added a way to customize notification settings for specific kinds of notifications. An example of this would be in the Idle Notifier plugin where you click the cog next to the checkbox for a notification. Could you add that to this plugin?

This, I like having "game message notifications" enabled in the general RuneLite notification settings, but don't quite enjoy the million "All of your items have been processed" messages in my chat this plugin creates with that setting enabled.
