I assume people that know english can read it, and those who not..anyway use such whole page translation tools.

I'm not really keen on keeping not only one..but two README files up to date 😄

indeed, in a moment of boredom, the idea of translating the README.md randomly popped into my mind. however, Google Translate is not accessible in some regions (such as mainland China). of course, my capabilities are quite limited, and I'm unable to modify (effectively) the code 😅
