Multiple dashboard variables from CSV lookup table

Hi All,

I apologise if this question was answered before, though I didn't find an answer yet.
How can I define multiple, linked dashboard variables? If, for example, I would have this CSV content:

column1,column2,column3
selected_item1,variable1,variable2
selected_item2,variable3,variable4

I would like the user to see and select items from column1, but the variables generated would come from column2 and column3?
