Beyla: integrate alloy logger

What's wrong?

Beyla debug logs can't be enabled together with Alloy's logger configuration.

They need to go in another section inside the beyla.ebfp configuration.

Steps to reproduce

• Set Alloy debug log
• Verify that Beyla debug logs do not appear unless you set the beyla.ebpf > debug variable.
