"Report updated" message on whistleblower dashboard

Proposal

When a report is updated by a receiver, it should be added on the top of the whistleblower dashboard page an info/alert message with a text like "Your report has been updated, please check the report status and time, comments and attachment sections below". The use case should be pretty similar as the receiver interface "whistleblower has read the last update"

Motivation and context

Since whistleblower is not pushed by any message from the platform, the whistleblower dashboard changes without giving the whistleblower any feedback about what's happening. Keeping in consideration that the dashboard is a "new" interface for almost all the whistleblowers, whistleblower should be guided to know where to look at to get some report's update.

I add to this request that I would like it if in the event of a change in the status of the report or the insertion of a comment an email is sent to the reporter who left an email during the report

Sounds like a good feature for the whistleblower so they don't need to "scan" the report every time to see if somehow new has happened, which might be increasingly difficult as the report develops.

Following up on the meeting i think:

• we could add on top of the interface something like a test: "(!) Report updated since your last visit."
• the exclamation mark could be added using an icon like https://fontawesome.com/icons/exclamation?f=classic&s=solid using our "gold" color that is used in the app
• maybe the text could be made clickable and lead users to open a report audit log where to show cronologically in descending order what happened on the report interconnecting this feature to feature Creating an Report Audit Log visible to Recipients and Whistleblowers #4085

i think this could be a good method.
the only other option I can think of is the same highlight that pops up when a whistleblower fails to fill the mandatory question.
