rfm12b dont work with new kernel (4.1.13+) and device tree

Hi,

you cant insmod rfm12b.ko if you use device tree and a higher kernel then 3.18.0 trunk...
cost me 2 days ....

I also had some issues (recent raspbian on rpi2), the rfm12b-module always told me it could not find the spi bus master (although module spi-bcm2835 did load fine).
Solution was to enable device-tree and SPI module via raspi-config 👍
