Verify if managed memory should be used to pass structs to c #984

Currently native memory is created and released to pass a struct to c. An alternativ could be to use a managed struct and use GCHandle to keep it alive for C.

This could be faster according to: https://github.com/Enichan/Arenas/pull/1/files
