I want to continue using the offline app, but the trial expires in 15 days...

The offline app is, unfortunately, not supported at the moment. As a single developer, I wasn't able to put in the time it required to keep it in sync with the web version.

Once https://tauri.app/ is at version 2, I will look into restarting offline app development using that instead of electron. In theory that would allow for also developing for mobile at the same time (so, Windows, macOs, Linux, Android and iOS).
