Try to see STY Doksuri verification.

Need to add new namelist options for JTWC verification (which never includes HFSB or HMON):

ETM_JTWC
EIM_JTWC
LTM_JTWC
LIM_JTWC

If these options are not available, then fallback to the default options (ELM/EIM/LTM/LIM). These options should be read by GPLOT_stats.ncl, if available.
