With using the (old) `TYPO3\CMS\Recordlist\LinkHandler\RecordLinkHandler` selecting news in sys_redirects isn't possible.

While searching for the reason why my 404 error handling configuration didn't work, I noticed that I've forgotten to set it at all. So it should be emphasized, that not setting a value may have more unwanted side effects than just performance issues
