Hello! Thank you for the pipelines!
We are using filtration of AnnotSV output in our pipelines (based on annotsv_filter.cwl) and now we cannot use it's full functionality due to major changes in various frequency columns.

Do you plan to update your CWL for both the tool and the filtration?
