Currently, the "Gather Input Files" step relies on using FTP links from the broad institute to pull down a handful of annotation files. (ftp://[email protected]/bundle/...). This FTP server has been dropped and replaced with cloud-hosted files. It would be good to find a way to pull them down anonymously/automatically - best I can tell from 2 minutes of looking, a google account is required for access.
