The matrix tool currently has 2 pop-ups at an intersection.

The first appears on mouse over.

The second appears on a click.

It would be better if there was only a single pop-up (the second) because this pop-up indicates that the genes/annotations are accessible from here.

Also, the "SBC" text in these boxes needs fixing to something more generally understandable.

is the pop-up really necessary? it just repeats the information from the matrix.

  1. Make the boxes smaller so that it is easier to 'read' the matrix (the boxes are huge - the could easily be 1/3 the width and height)
  2. make the numbers in the matrix look hyperlinked
  3. clicking on a results hyperlink opens the amigo results in a new tab

The boxes size scales with results number. The boxes are only large with a small input list

I guess hyperlinked number would be better.
