Error on homework 4 transactions.yaml

On this part of the homework 4:

I get the following error when i try to run make run

actually, I had another error that I solved changing the vara network testnet wss URL on my repo, because that URL on the transactions.yaml it was not the actual testnet URL

vara network testnet address: wss://testnet.vara.network

old: wss://testnet.vara.rs

I'm using the Gear Environment on a Dev Container, that means that I don't have environment problems.
