Change old link to online doc in README to the new one #128

In the README file, there is still a link that redirects to the old link of GD Docs (gdprogra.me) that does not work anymore (it loads infinitely) and some users opens issues for that.
Just replace it to the new link: https://docs.gd-programming.org/ (the link is here as a note for others users)
