Clarify if bundle expansion on /objects is intended to expand lowest level bundle #382

The SRA DRS service /objects end point expands bundle contents recursively but does not retrieve the DRSObject for the files themselves. /objects would need to be called again for each file.

Is the spec clear as to whether or not bundle expansion should expand the DRSObjects at the file level?

We should also consider whether bundle expansion is practical given the SRA experience in implementing it.
