Ability to update one's own username

Perhaps initially, this would be done by making a request to an admin. But speaking from experience as a user on other sites, it feels better to be able to do it on my own, no questions asked.

Not sure if there could be issues with frequent name changes leading to confusion. If so, maybe there would be a limit like 1 change per 30 days, or (to allow for a mistake) 2 changes per 60 days. Then again, if the occasional person wants to change between the same 3 or 4 names every couple of days, though, I don't really see a problem with that.
