Support user role levels

Perhaps the following: admins, moderators, verifiers, regular users. Be able to assign the roles to different users, as well as allow certain functions only to certain roles.

Not sure if moderators or verifiers would be game specific. If so, perhaps that would be a separate issue since it's a bit more complex.
