Down on the D pad moves a bunch of stuff around the screen, and left on the d pad turns on the steady always on light and the siren
The lights pattern also becomes incredibly weak after about 30 seconds, if that time could be lengthened to about 5 min, that would seem perfect before they go slow, or if there was away to turn off auto delete only admin cars (from what I have been told this is the issue with the lights) so that cops always have full lights
