As a developer, I want to increase the MaxSchedulerPerBlock parameter when running benchmarks to align with best practices used in the polkadot-sdk.

"We recommend increasing the MaxSchedulerPerBlock parameter when running benchmarks, as done in the polkadot-sdk default node runtime."
