Document how to get a developers googleId/appleId added to seeded data in the database.

The steps should be somewhere along the lines of

• start the backend
• set the ip in the BackendModule and the network security config
• start the android/iphone app in a clean state without previous state. i.e. reinstall the app
• do the login procedure in the app
• see the logs in the backend the google id / apple id should be logged there.
  • google id is 21 digits. not sure how the apple id looks
