How can I receive categories from server and change cardstack template?

Current Behavior

1. I have xlsx file(it in github) and in the Association tabs, there are 2 Categories. Mode = CATEGORY.
   After running the server, only 3 json files are generated and they don't include category information in it.
   If I change json file to include categories, I can see categories in timemap.
2. I have added ui:{card:{layout:{template:"sourced"}}} in config.js, but cardstack never changes.
   
3. In the BMLProtest, the redux structure is different from mine for ui.
   

Expected Behavior

I want read categories from server and show in the timemap.
I just want the screen like BMLProtest in readme.

Hi there, thank you for this issue. I have just added a deprecation note to the main README, as we haven't actively maintained this repository for some time. If you'd like to create a project based on the code, then I would suggest that you work from Bellingcat's fork, which has been more actively maintained.
