How do I reference a registered workflow?

Hi! I am currently trying to get and use an already registered workflow by reference. My code looks somewhat like the following:

@workflow
def foobar(a: str) -> None:
    baz = get_reference_entity(
        ResourceType.WORKFLOW,
        "myproject",
        "development",
        "myproject.workflows.baz",
        "test-1",
        {"a": str},
        {},
    )
    baz(a=a)

When I try to register the workflow, it correctly detects that myproject.workflows.baz is already registered, but then fails with the following:
