Backstage and StartScreen closing when pressing Alt #688

When the StartScreen is open and you press and release the alt-key (to display the key tips) the start screen is closed.

This is reproducable with the Showcase-App, too.

I think it should display the key tips of the start screen elements but at least do not close the start screen.

Maybe related to #280 or #662 .

Windows 10
.NET Framework 4.7.1
