Black line between Ribbon and Window (when using a colorful theme)

There is this blackline (marked with a red star) when using a colorful theme:

I can only reproduce it on my notebook (it has 150% DPI), but changing my desktop DPI to 150% does not lead to the same effect (on my desktop this line doesn't appear). I don't know what's wrong there, because I know that I didn't had this problem before v10 on my notebook.

And when I am maximizing the app the line disappears.
