session description stuck on "Loading..."

I haven't been able to reproduce on any of the DANDI examples I have tried. I wonder if it's possible to get a hold of this particular NWB file. The first thing I would check is the RAW tab to see if "session_description" dataset exists and has a value.

The "session_description" dataset exists but is set to an empty string. I created an issue in NWB GUIDE to discuss whether it should be empty.

Occasionally a user will set some dataset value in NWB to an empty string. I think it would be confusing to show that as "Loading..." instead of just an empty string.
