I'm using Fedora and it seems like both the official package and the copr package don't include the custom widgets. I was wondering if it would be possible to access QGIS custom widgets in qt-designer when using the flatpak version of QGIS?

I am not sure what you are referring to. Do you want your Qt Designer to show QGIS widgets on it?
