YARA Scanning of output #10

Add YARA scanning capability to RoAMer.
This could work two ways:

Scan all output files produced by RoAMer
- Show information about all hits on the console
- Provide a detections txt file along the output folder
Use YARA rules to select memory sections for dumping, regardless of their other filter results (e.g. if executable flag is missing etc)
