Uwazi on docker should work on Docker Engine release 1.13.0+ as is based on compose file format 3.0, but you can use the lastest stable version able to run on your operational system and hardware.
The bare minimal requirements are:
- Docker Engine release 1.13.0+
- An operational system able to run Docker Engine release 1.13.0+
