The following tags should be added to the header information during export:

HEAD.SOUR.DATA <NAME_OF_SOURCE_DATA>: URL of website/tree
HEAD.SOUR.DATA.DATE <PUBLICATION_DATE>: Last CHAN.DATE of tree

And in future for GEDCOM 7:
HEAD.SOUR.DATA.DATE.TIME: Last CHAN.DATE.TIME of tree
