What do you mean with this? Do you mean that each PWA should be in its own profile? You can already do this if you select "Automatically create a new profile" when installing a PWA?

Anyway to app to VPN exclusion. I use ProtonVPN

So, each PWA would need to be launched in a separate process and with a separate executable file? Unfortunately, I don't think this can easily be done.

Perhaps ProtonVPN has the ability to exclude apps based on WM_NAME/WM_CLASS (Linux) or AppUserModelIDs (Windows) or some other way to distinguish apps from each other?
