make the explorer state shareable via url

any changes made to the explorer, and map therein, aren't shareable. its impossible to navigate in the explorer to a certain UI state and then share that UI state with someone else

why? people want to share maps all the time. like in google maps

without shareable urls, i cant share a node, location, continent, or view of the explorer with someone else
