ClusterMachines should be some summary only.

see the PoRep Pipeline on the top to monitor sealing

Req:
Can the summary of PoRep on the Overview page, be shown at the top of the PoRep page?
Reason is that if there are like 60 sectors in the pipeline, I go back and forth to see overall summary progress
