Add storage path setup flow to guided-setup

First issue here!

It would be really great if guided-setup, at least for the new-miner flow ended with a short storage path setup. Very rough outline of the flow:

Attached paths:
* /data/md0/sectors (Store)

Setting up storage paths:
> Setup a new storage path *
> Done

> Create a new storage path *
> Attach an existing storage path

Creating a new storage path
*Path: /data/nvme0
*Use: Seal
*Done
