稳定复现方式：yog2+run | ctrl+c | yog2+run ......脚本无限自动重启

我也遇到了几次这种情况，我的理解是虽然ctrl+c退出了运行状态，但是进程还在，kill一下进程然后再重启就不会了。多人同时在一个服务器上开发这种情况会更常见，一个人起了服务其他人再起就会出现无限自动重连。
