Have you tried installing from the Fedora 39 Silverblue installation media? Or Fedora Workstation?

Silverblue 39 and 40 failed to even display installation screen it just halted at the black screen. All other linux distro like ubuntu, tails, fedora 40 ,39 or earlier work perfectly.
