Description

Since CodeClimate has changed its API removing GPA feature our entire Grade module implemented in #292 has not been working.

Expected behavior

Either remove the entire Grade module or reimplement it.

Current behavior

Grade module doesnt work.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Check the Grade of any repo.
